symantec endpoint protection cause a problem of installation of "desktop central" app's agent

The desktop central's agent installation failed on sep 12.1 is installed machine. When  sup uninstalled  then the agent of the app is successfully installed . How can I avoid that .There are no risk logs and security logs on the SEP client.
