Message keeps coming up "Large amount of outbound traffic....."

I keep getting the message "Large amount of outbound traffic detected" I run Eraser and it comes up with the following:

107f67a.b4930072, but I can not remove it. I am trying to figure out the large outbound traffic. My internet supplier is telling me that my bandwith usage has exceeded my plan and I am wondering if this is causing it. I also need to figure out what is causing it and if it can be stopped. Thanks
