Virtualize Enterprise Vault server

Hi guys,

I just joined this new company as the IT Manager and they're using Enterprise Vault 10.0.4.1189
This is the first time I'm dealing with Enterprise Vault and the first thing i'd like to do is to virtualize (VMWare, not HyperV) the server since it's physical server (Server2008r2 Datacenter which i'd like to virtualize to 20012r2 Datacenter).
Anything in particular i need to know about? any recommendations? any "do's" and/or "dont do's"?
Once (and if) virtualized, is there anything that needs to be done in the Exchange level? (we're using Exchange 2010) What about in the user level?
