How the clients get its update if they move from one location to other temporarily

Hi,

i was wondering how the clients will get thier updates if they move from one location to other? say the machine is in Houston with 128kbps bandwidth and get their updates from GUP and the machine now moves to NYC temporarily which has 10Mbps bandwidth for GUP updates. how does SEP manage and get its updates from houston GUP and not from NYC GUP.?
