Deployment Solution 7.5 Image Capture

Hello,

I'm having trouble capturing an image from my new deployment solution (7.5) installation. The problem description is listed below.

Symantec Management Console/Task Instance Details shows "Waiting for the agent to get the task" next to "Run Prepare for Image capture". The agent on the Client, Task Status says "Status -Waiting for new tasks." "Last Task - Prepare for Image capture." "Result - Running."
